Jacob leaned comfortably against the wall behind him, located across the room from where Kate, Annie, Embry, and Paul stood. A sigh of relief escaped from his mouth when he heard that Paul was going to be okay. Jake didn't think he was going to die or anything, but it was still reassuring to know that he was going to be alright. Even though he was going to be okay, it still didn't make up for what that damn leech had done to Paul. Just thinking about the fight caused his hands to ball up into fists at his sides, he honestly wished he could go out and kill her right now, but he had promised Paul that he would let him be the one to strike the final blow, and Jacob wasn't one to break a promise.
Jacob stood off the wall and then took a few steps towards them all and stopped next to Annie. His lips pursed together in thought as he wondered what exactly was going to happen from here. He figured they'd just have to wait until Sam got back and hopefully he would have some answers and maybe even a plan of action. His eyes flickered to Kate's face to see her reaction to Annie's subtle hint that she too was a werewolf.
Jacob squinted his eyes a little at Kate, not happy at the wicked look that she was giving him. "No, I didn't turn her." he snapped back in retort. He took a deep breath, letting himself become calm again. "Not all werewolf myths are true. We don't turn each other or anything, it just happens when vampires come into the area." he explained, slowly shaking his head. He was a little repulsed that Kate would think so lowly of him. Like he would want to make Annie a werewolf? He would never want that for her.
