Personality;
Karen is a very winsome woman. She act's as if she's seven years old again even though she's going on twenty three. She'll go over to her neighbors house just for excitement with their children. Since she can't stand how lazy most adults her age are, and they aren't even that old either. It upset her that the world she lived in were so unproductive in exercise, even to the point where it disgusted her.
Going running, hiking, biking, or just playing in sports would keep her preoccupied, rather then talking and having a discussion with someone. In fact, outdoor sports is one of her past times. Due to the fact she was born in good old Texas, where you live most of your time outside.
She's very open minded on anything she over hears in a conversation, she'll point out the facts in her head and order them up. She'd listen to the other person's point of view before giving her own as well. Because of this, she can easily persuade someone to her point. Or win a conversation over, if she really wanted to.
She had a different way of thinking also. She would break things up into different sections. As in time, or things she had to get done in work. This way, she could be more organized than others, and get things done more quickly. Karen was well known in Texas for this thinking style.
Other then these facts, Karen is a very sweet, loving person, who would care for someone she didn't even know. If she went to the supermarket and saw someone in need of help, as in an old lady getting harassed, she would be there for them. Her kind nature is what people mainly took a liking for in her.
But in spite her impulse to help people, she's usually very shy wen first meeting someone. She would literally run away from anyone she didn't know that tried to approach her. Yet she would help anyone who needed it, and approach THEM.
Karen has been this way since she was young, and she doesn't think it's going to change anytime soon.
Appearance;
Karen has very thick hair that flows down her back, that's the color that's very black, but also with a brownish tint. It's not to straight, unless she wants it hat way, sometimes it's curly too, naturally, which she didn't like very much, but others found adorable. She Hazel eyes, that are usually a very grey color, but with a green tint that shows more then the grey, and even though they are grey, that glimmer as if they are stars. She wears contacts, since her doctor prescribed them to her and she doesn't like wearing glasses. The only thing is, the contacts make her eyes red. Great, right? Her cheekbones are perfect for a female, they don't stick out or anything. And she lost her baby face a long time ago, before she was even sixteen.
Also, her cheeks are usually very red, due to the fact that she blushes at almost anything. Hey eye lashes are longer then a usual girls, that most people lose after their baby years. But she kept them, surprisingly.
She's around the height of 5'3, and is the usual weight for women around her age, well that are actually active, and aren't lazy, as most people are around these days as I've said before.
Her skin is very unusual for where she lives now, Forks. She has very tan skin, that radiates sunlight it seems, since it's nearly always raining in Forks. Most in Forks have pale skin, since they were born and raised them. But she was raised in Texas, which as we all know, is a very sunny, bright state.
Karen wears the usual clothes you would wear if you lived in Forks, long clothes to keep yourself warm. And even with her beautiful hair, she is usually seen wearing a cap on her head, that last gift from her Father. With the thought of last gift's still in mind, she also is always seen wearing a grey sweatshirt, the last gift from her mother.

History;
Karen grew up as the only child on a ranch, in a small town in Texas, were her only family members were her mother, father, and uncle. Both of her grandparents died before she was born. And her moms parents only had one child, Ruby, or her mother. While her dads parents had to kids, Samuel, her uncle and James, her father.
On her ranch, Karen usually rode horses, which she grew to love for. She could tell each of there personalities were different and so on. She took great joy in horse back riding, and was the best around in her town. Other then horses, she also had to take care of all the other animals, including the five cats, 2 dogs, 7 rabbits, 15 chickens, 1 rooster, 3 pigs, 1 llama, and 20 or so cows and bulls.
As she grew older, and fell more in love with her home, and came closer to her parents, something happened. Her parents were on their way to their house, when someone accidentally crashed into their car, on the side. It instantly killed her mother, while her father was sent to the hospital in critical condition. He died three days later, to the dismay of many of his friends and colleagues, and his only two relatives left, Karen, and Samuel.
After he was cremated, along with his wife, and had the viewing, Samuel decided to move to Forks, for some solitude, away from the memoirs of his brother. Samuel had also gotten custody of Karen, so she had to move with him.
They had moved into a small house, near where Karen's new High School would be, Forks High. She was only 13 and in 9th grade as well, so she was one of the youngest, which is bad, especially at a new school with many older kids. Which as we all know, is very hard to come by, at least for most.
Though against all odds, Karen got through it all, and graduated high school. And got out of college too, and now works as a teacher AT Forks High. She even still lives with her Uncle in the same old house, since she has to take care of him and all. But they redid the house, and now it's bigger, for the sake of them both.

I sighed happily, walking threw the threshold to me classroom, quite ready to start a new day of teaching English. The same old same old for me, come to class, and teach children the ways of an Author, Poet, and so on.
It's pretty easy actually, they love me, even though they hate English and writing. I make the class fun, by interacting with them, and actually doing what I assign them to do. I read out what I wrote first and it gives them courage to read their writing.
Sighing again, I brushed off my desk and chair, waiting for the bell to ring. I always came right before class started, since I'm one of the only adults that actually gets some sleep in America. No one does anymore, just like no one even exercises, except for the kids. I thought about this, and decided it would be the next assignment for the kids.
Getting up, I grabbed a clean erase marker and wrote on the white board:
Assignment for today,
Go on computers,
and search up, American fast food,
and sleeping table,
Write down a page of information about
American fast food restaurants
and how long People sleep in different age groups.
Due tomorrow, and read in front of class.
The bell then rang, and boys and girls started filing into the class, and seating themselves in their seats.
Sitting down the marker I smiled at them and cleared my throat. "Good morning everyone, your assignment for the day is on the board." I said, seating myself back down, watching them get out their laptops and start their work.
